Five practices, and the venture they built

Everything below is designed, built and operated by the same team, from a name that does not yet exist through to the first sale and the operations that follow it. Clients retain one practice or the whole sequence, in any sector. Entry 04 is our own product, run on all five.

01

Brand & product design

Identity, engineered as a system

Fig. 01

Positioning, naming, identity and the rules that keep it consistent, then the interface itself. We deliver the system a product can still be extended with in two years — a grammar, not a set of screens that photograph well in a presentation.

  • Naming, verbal positioning, and a visual identity with codified usage rules
  • Design system: type scale, colour, components, and the states nobody remembers to draw
  • Interface design for web and mobile, exercised against real tasks rather than happy paths
  • Handed over as working components a team can build on, never a static file
02

Applications

Production software, natively operated

Fig. 02

Production software under institutional discipline: web platforms and native iOS and Android applications, built and then operated by the same hands, with release management and over-the-air update channels treated as first-class practice. Our own products run on this — the only credential worth offering.

  • Web platforms and storefronts with server-rendered performance budgets held from day one
  • Native iOS and Android applications, including release management and over-the-air updates
  • Payment, identity, and third-party API integration
  • Accessibility and reduced-motion support treated as requirements, never a later pass
03

Infrastructure

The rate orchestration engine

Fig. 03

The engine beneath everything we operate. It conducts latency-budgeted parallel interrogation of connected supply and public booking channels, canonicalises what returns through property resolution and tariff normalisation, and declines to display any figure that cannot transact.

  • Parallel querying across the supply topology, cached strictly inside each supplier’s freshness window
  • Property resolution and rate normalisation across board types and cancellation policies
  • Deterministic prebook revalidation — no stale quote survives to checkout
  • Per-supplier discrepancy telemetry with accuracy thresholds
04

Venture in operation

Edenfinder, the venture we run

Fig. 04

Edenfinder (edenfinder.com), our direct-to-consumer travel platform, lets travellers search, compare, and book with the total price and cancellation terms stated before checkout — never consigned to the fine print. Bookings are fulfilled and charged by our licensed travel partners as merchants of record; we operate the technology.

  • Real-time search across connected supply, deduplicated through our property resolution layer
  • Secure checkout processed by PCI DSS certified merchant-of-record partners, with 3-D Secure
  • Instant confirmation, self-service cancellation where policy allows, human support for everything else
  • Rates held and charged in euro, with display conversion into other currencies, and the interface and editorial content localised in four languages
  • A conversational AI travel assistant, live in production on the platform
05

Growth

Acquisition, measured at the margin

Fig. 05

We operate our own acquisition rather than renting it, and we extend the same discipline to clients: deterministic measurement carried to the order line, and accountability to the sale rather than to impressions.

  • Content and technical SEO with structured data, written for organic search rather than for a deck
  • Metasearch-ready price feeds meeting Google Hotel Center price-parity and landing-page requirements
  • Paid acquisition managed in-house and measured on net margin per order, not on clicks
  • Lifecycle and retention: email, push, and the analytics needed to tell which of them worked
06

Operations

Closed-loop operations after launch

Fig. 06

A launch is the least expensive part. What follows is surveillance of the running system — telemetry, correction, and reachability — the unglamorous work that decides whether a platform still deserves trust a year on.

  • Continuous price-accuracy and confirmation-rate telemetry with alert thresholds
  • Clean handling of cancellations, modifications, and the exceptions underneath them
  • Documented escalation paths and a named point of contact
  • Ongoing performance, dependency, and security maintenance
