The problem we incorporated to solve
Online hotel booking is a mature market with an unsolved defect: the same room is sold at divergent prices through divergent channels, and travellers rarely see the best one. We founded DOME in 2026 to close that gap — interrogating rates across direct API integrations and public booking platforms, performing at machine cadence the comparison work no traveller can perform alone.
We are deliberately technology-first. Rather than licensing a white-label storefront, we build and operate our own stack: search, property resolution, rate normalisation, prebook revalidation, checkout, and post-booking support tooling — as a technical intermediary, with settlement and fulfilment resting entirely with licensed merchant-of-record partners. Owning the pipeline, end to end, is what lets us guarantee the two things our partners weigh most heavily: price accuracy and rate integrity.
We are at the beginning of our journey. What we offer partners is not volume history — it is a correctly built platform, conservative promises we can keep, and a team that answers its email.

Price accuracy is non-negotiable
A displayed rate that cannot be booked is a defect, not a marketing tactic. Our engine subjects every rate to deterministic revalidation before payment and maintains discrepancy telemetry per supplier.
Rate integrity protects everyone
Wholesale rates exist under terms. We govern displayed rates to respect supplier programs and never expose net pricing publicly. Program terms are hard constraints, not suggestions.
Transparency with travellers
Total prices up front, cancellation terms in plain language, fulfilment partners disclosed in the booking conditions. Repeat guests only return if the first experience was honest.
Obligations before growth
Invoices are settled on time, disputes are handled by a named human, and we extend connected supply only as fast as our support quality allows.
